Photo Description

The leader of this particular group of Hadzabe people is carrying a soft tree limb, one that will be used for us to practice our archery on. It is also the tree that they cook their poison from. The Hadza are the last true hunter-gatherers in the world and have fewer than 1000 members. This tribe is steadily decreasing at 15% annually.
