This essay explores how President Trump can keep his campaign promises to protect rural voters by strengthening the weakening enforcement of antitrust doctrines; specifically through the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) and reinstating the Country of Origin Labeling (CoOL) of meat products.
