Abstract
This article gives a brief glimpse into the case of Rick D. Long, a defendant convicted of robbery and theft. It follows the appellate relief he seeks and sympathizes with pro se litigants moving through the appellate process. Mr. Long struggles to appeal to an Arkansas Supreme Court that seems to equate fairness with legibility.
