Abstract

We report a facile method to fabricate an AZO/PANI heterostructure by a sandwiching technique. Aluminum-doped ZnO (AZO) films were deposited onto indium tin oxide (ITO) glass using the sputtering technique while PANI films were deposited onto ITO glass using electropolymerization.
