Abstract
When looking to trust a company to protect and grow your assets. It is important to do your research. This paper will cover my time as an intern at Edward Jones as well as a comparative analysis of Edward Jones and its largest competitors. I will include the professional development I underwent and the project I began to streamline the Cost Detail Reconciliation. I will conclude with the comparative analysis of Edward Jones to large robo-advising firms such as Betterment and SoFi as well as human-advising firms such as Wells Fargo and Charles Schwab.
