Department Head: Ken McCown

Founded in 1976, the Department of Landscape Architecture expertly combines the art and science of land design and site planning. Our curriculum focuses on urban design, wetland reclamation, and the creation of public memorials, parks, and gardens. The faculty believe in the power of design and want to help our students and stakeholders become effective advocates to make positive and lasting change as collaborators and leaders.
