The Master of Athletic Training (M.AT.) creates evidence-informed health care providers who advocate for their patients on and off the field. The program prepares individuals for employment as athletic trainers for high school, college, professional sports organizations, and private clinics, military, performing arts, and industry. This pre-certification program in athletic training is not intended for students who are already eligible to sit for or have passed the Board of Certification (BOC) examination.
