The Center for Human Nutrition, established in 1993 within the Institute of Food Science & Engineering at the University of Arkansas, is a cross-campus initiative that brings together interdisciplinary faculty conducting nutrition research in the Division of Agriculture, the University of Arkansas Fayetteville, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Northwest Arkansas.
