Mack-Blackwell Rural Transportation (MBTC) is a University Transportation Center with the Department of Transportation and a National Transportation Security Center of Excellence (NTSCOE) with the Department of Homeland Security. The MBTC is dedicated to improving the quality of life in America through our transportation research, education, and workforce development programs.
