Music

The Department of Music is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music. The department offers training in performance, music education, composition, music theory, musicology, conducting, jazz, and music industry studies. Students participate in several ensembles including the acclaimed Razorback Marching Band, the Schola Cantorum, Inspirational Chorale, and the University Symphony Orchestra. The Department of Music has been an All-Steinway School since 2010.
