Abstract
Provides a method of forming recipient oocytes. The method generally include taking a cumulus-free oocytes, and separating the chromosomal material from the oocyte by centrifuging against a density gradient material to force the chromosomal material to pass through the cytoplasmic membrane. A method of cloning is also describe that fuses a recipient oocyte with a donor cell.
