Abstract
In this thesis, I highlight my experience as a Customer Service and Logistics Intern at Colgate-Palmolive on the Walmart team. During my internship, I gained proficiency in software programs for data collection and developed problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in the CPG supply chain industry. Through my project portfolio, I provide an overview of my daily responsibilities, project objectives, insights, and learning outcomes achieved during the internship, demonstrating my readiness to advance my career in supply chain management.
