Abstract

University of Arkansas Teaching and Learning Symposium

Events students within the hospitality management program have requested more application learning options to build confidence in their ability to plan, execute, and evaluate events. This newly developed event planning simulation will be used as a learning tool for the budgeting and cash flow in events.
